Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest airport and has direct flights to many cities in North America and Europe. From the airport, MIT is reachable by public transport (the free Silver Line SL1 bus to South Station, then the Red Line subway to Kendall/MIT), by taxi or by rideshare.
Amtrak trains and intercity coaches arrive at South Station in Boston, which is on the Red Line. On campus, the closest subway stop is Kendall/MIT on the Red Line.
